Workshops
In-person and Virtual Team Equipping
These are one-off equipping events. They are usually targeted to help a team develop a specific skill set to reach a specific goal. They are often combined with short-term coaching to lock-in the skills and ensure solid execution.
The most effective way for such training is usually face-to-face. Remote interaction is sometimes necessary because of scheduling and or budget constraints. Virtual team equipping through remote interaction can also be highly effective.
